Places of horrific experiments on humanity and nature are spread across the Zone, sealed behind the massive doors or buried by the ashes of their own “research” results. This time, there is a rumor across the Zone that Diod, a technician from Slag Heap, got access to the lower levels of the X-18 lab!
Risky gig with high reward
Diod doesn’t care about loot, only about one thing he really needs. It happens to be that Skif is now a man who can provide him a pass to the lab and a way to get richer. And what else do stalkers need besides a high risk high reward gig with a scent of mystery and secrets?
Besides, no one knows what is happening on those lower levels of the X-18. That’s on you to find out. Diod is paying well and who knows, maybe at the end you’ll be rewarded with something else. Uncovered mysteries, stuff to use or sell, or even something for the big land.
